Sun Devil. Fullerton Native. Digital Guy at the Lakers. That's the 65 character bio.
Here's more: I grew up in the jewel of North Orange County before heading out to the desert for college. Attended Arizona State University and got a degree in Mass Communications. In the summer of 2006 I took the road trip of a lifetime, visiting all 30 MLB ballparks in 56 days while also stopping in Omaha (for the College World Series), Louisville (to see where they make the bats), Cooperstown (where they keep the plaques) and seeing nine minor league games. You can read about it on MajorLeagueRoadTrip.com
In October of that year I was hired by the Lakers to run Lakers.com. My first season we lost in the first round. The next three seasons we went to the finals, winning two titles and getting to live out just about every fantasy my 10-year old self never dared to imagine. The digital landscape has changed drastically since I started and now we've got a lot of irons in the fire, namely on social here, here, here and here.
If I'm not working on that, then I'm probably out of town.
